Prior to your stay, you'll receive an email and text with everything you need for a smooth arrival, including your suite number, personalized entry code, and parking instructions. Your secure access code provides entry to both the hotel and your suite, making check-in quick, convenient, and completely contactless.

Getting Here & Parking
Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Boone, The Haven Hotel is just steps from King Street's restaurants, shops, breweries, and local attractions.
Guest parking is available on-site. Before your arrival, you'll receive simple instructions for registering your vehicle and accessing the parking area. Once you've parked, you can make your way directly to the hotel using your personalized access code.
Why Arrive Earlier?
If your schedule allows, arriving around our 4:00 PM check-in time gives you extra time to settle in and start exploring Boone. Browse downtown boutiques, enjoy a local coffee shop, or grab dinner at one of our favorite nearby restaurants before turning in for the evening.
